Compared with tiered memorial designs, the TT1 granite memorial has a restrained form: an upright headstone with a gently curved top, an extended grave body and a compact front offering area with coordinated accessories. The composition suits modern cemetery settings.

2. Premium solid granite components

The memorial uses granite components to the design specifications. Granite has good hardness and abrasion resistance; durability, water absorption, staining, biological growth and actual surface condition depend on the stone type, finish, foundations, fabrication, installation, environment and maintenance. These properties should not be expressed as a fixed lifespan.

3. Designed for traditional in-ground burial

TT1 is designed for in-ground burial. Cover construction, foundations and connections must be confirmed on the drawings for actual conditions, structural stability, drainage and practical use at the installation location.

Granite has good hardness and abrasion resistance and is suitable for many outdoor applications. Gloss, color and surface condition depend on the stone type, finish, environment, cleaning and maintenance.

TT1 granite memorial: component details

TT1 comprises three main parts:

• Headstone: An upright design with a gently curved top, with Chinese, Vietnamese or bilingual inscriptions according to the family’s requirements.
• Grave body: A box-shaped stone assembly with a curved upper surface that softens the form and supports cleaning and drainage. Confirm construction and joints on the drawings.
• Offering area: An offering plate, incense burner and flower vase arranged to coordinate with the memorial.

Solid-granite memorial fabrication at KANNO Vietnam

KANNO Vietnam combines fabrication equipment and skilled workmanship, with checks against approved drawings and project requirements.

1. Material selection:
   The source design specifies granite imported from India. Stone hardness, surface quality and color are checked before production; confirm the selected material sample for the order.

2. Cutting and basic shaping:
   CNC equipment is used where specified to cut stone to drawing dimensions and shape the grave body, headstone and base.

3. Detailing and polishing:
   Edges, inscriptions, motifs and carvings are completed according to the requirements. Specified surfaces are then polished to the agreed finish.

4. Quality inspection and trial assembly:
   Before dispatch, components are trial assembled to check fit, flatness and finish. Any deviations are reviewed and corrected against the approved requirements.

5. Transport and site installation:
   KANNO’s technical team coordinates transport, installation and finishing at the cemetery within the agreed scope, following technical requirements and any customary arrangements recorded for the project.
